Please do not attend the Sapphire if you or your close contacts feel unwell or have recently displayed symptoms such as a high temperature, loss of taste or smell or have a persistent cough.
Covid caution is requested where possible avoiding queues and face to face contact.
Face mask wearing is a mandatory condition of entering the Sapphire. Those that find this condition too difficult to follow should not attend and will be asked to leave.
Entry to the Sapphire will require a scannable NHS pass. The NHS pass can be used to show you are protected by vaccine. However far more relevant to those around you will be proof of a recent negative flow test. Your negative flow test must be less than 48 hours old by the time you leave the building.
Think of everyone and take a negative flow test before you leave home and enter it on your NHS pass. Now more than ever people are carrying a Covid variant whilst suffering no discernible symptoms. Consider those who may have significant symptoms if they catch it.

Food and drinks will be available. Please do not use this as a lame excuse to keep your mask off as often as possible. Those around you deserve better.
Please queue sensibly and Covid aware and avoid creating or lingering in "pinch points" around the rink.
The Sapphire is a cash free building for food and drink sales but card sales are available.

No refunds are available on entry tickets.
Seating is not allocated but season ticket holders reserved seats are marked for use by season ticket holders only.
